Moments of Relationship
These are the Moments which lead to deeper, stronger and more positive connection with others.
We were built for relationship, to have connection with others. Connection is vital for our health and well being. In fact, studies continually prove that one of the major indicators for cancer survival is a strong connection with at least one other person. Connection is also a major factor in mental health and resilience. And when it comes to personal growth and learning, it doesn’t happen without connection.
There’s no getting away from it. We need each other.
It’s through relationship that we learn how to be vulnerable. It’s through vulnerability that we truly learn about ourselves and others and human nature.

In these pages we will be articles on what makes for strong, healthy relationships.
